Jakarta, December 16, 2024 – Adira Finance successfully held the Ceremony & Career Management Adira Finance Scholarship Program 2024 in a hybrid format at the Adira Finance Head Office and via Zoom. This event aimed to strengthen the collaboration between Adira Finance and the Yayasan Karya Salemba Empat (KSE) in supporting the development of young talent in Indonesia.
The event began at 2:00 PM WIB with an opening by the Master of Ceremony, followed by the singing of the Indonesian National Anthem, the KSE Anthem, and the Adira Anthem. The initial part of the event featured a presentation of the achievements of the Adira Finance scholarship recipients. These accomplishments served as inspiration for all attendees and highlighted the tangible impact of the scholarship program in supporting education and career development.
The next speech was delivered by Mr. Marsangap P. Tamba, the Board of Trustees of Yayasan KSE, who was present at the Adira Finance Head Office. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of strategic collaboration between KSE and Adira Finance in creating opportunities for young people to develop their potential. He also expressed his appreciation for the commitment of both parties in supporting education as a key pillar in building the nation’s future. He stressed that this synergy was not just a formal partnership but also a true manifestation of the shared responsibility to improve the quality of Indonesia’s human resources to be globally competitive. His speech reminded everyone of the collective duty to create positive change in education and national development.
The highlight of the event was the signing ceremony of the Cooperation Agreement between Adira Finance and Yayasan Karya Salemba Empat (KSE), which symbolized the shared commitment to support the education of Indonesia’s youth. Following the signing, Mr. Awal Diyananda, Head of HCGA Share Service at Adira Finance, delivered a stirring speech and then provided a comprehensive presentation of Adira Finance’s company profile, offering a thorough overview of the company to the attendees.
The event continued with the Career Management session presented by Mr. Dolly Arora, Head of Corporate University at Adira Finance. In this session, participants gained in-depth knowledge of career management, including how to strategically plan steps to achieve professional goals, identify personal potential, and develop skills relevant to industry needs. The session also offered practical tips to enhance competitiveness in the workforce, such as managing professional networks, utilizing growth opportunities, and navigating career challenges.
