Mirza Adityaswara

Co-Founders

Founder and served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the KSE Foundation from 2004 - 2024. Member of the KSE Supervisory Board for the 2002-2004 period and Chairman of KSE for the 2000-2002 period. Currently serving as Deputy Chairman of the OJK Board of Commissioners for the 2022-2027 period, President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner of PT Mandiri Sekuritas, President Director of the Indonesian Banking Development Institute (LPPI), Expert Staff to the Minister of Finance, President Commissioner (Komut) of the OVO digital wallet, Independent Commissioner of PT Danareksa (Persero) and Independent Commissioner of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk. (TOWR). He previously served as Senior Deputy Governor of Bank Indonesia after previously serving as Executive Chairman of the Deposit Insurance Corporation. Previously, he served as Chief Economist of Bank Mandiri and Director of Capital Markets of Mandiri Sekuritas. Previously, he had a career at Credit Suisse Indonesia (2005 - 2008), Bahana Securities (2002-2005), Indosuez WI Carr Securities (1988-2001), Deutsche Morgan Grenfell Securities (1997), BZW Niaga Securities (1995-1997) and Bank Sumitomo Niaga (1989-1993).

Tatan A. Taufik

Co-Founders

One of the founders of the KSE Foundation is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia. Currently he serves as Member of the Business Development and Risk Monitoring Committee PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk. Ever served Advisor at PT Kideco Jaya Agung. Previously he served as Chief Financial and Procurement Officer at PT Kideco Jaya Agung. He had a career as President Director of PT Antam Resourcindo and worked as Director of Global Financial Markets/Country Treasurer of American Express Bank Ltd and Vice President of Global Treasury at JP Morgan Chase Bank.

Laksono Widodo

Co-Founders

Founder who served as Chairman of the KSE Foundation in the period 2002-2004. He currently also serves as President Director of BRI Danareksa Sekuritas. Previously he served as Director of Trading & Member Regulation of the Stock Exchange PT. Indonesia Stock Exchange. In addition, he also served as Managing Director at PT Mandiri Sekuritas and at PT RBS Asia Securities Indonesia as President Director. He has also served in several financial companies such as Ancora Internasional, Macquarie Securities Indonesia and ING Baring Securities. He earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii in 1992 and graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia in 1989.

Salusra Satria

Co-Founder

One of the founders of KSE Foundation who currently serves as Finance Director of PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia, Tbk. Previously, he served as Director of Finance & Project Appraisal (and Director of Operations) of PT Penjaminan & Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero) and as Executive Director of the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS). He graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia in 1990 and obtained his Master's degree from Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia. In addition to actively teaching at educational institutions, training, & professional degrees, he has also served as Independent Commissioner (and Chairman of the Audit Committee) of PT Asuransi Bintang, Tbk and at BCA Insurance.

Satriadi Indarmawan

Co-Founders

Founder and former Chairman of KSE from 1998-2000. He currently serves as Independent Commissioner of PT Ashmore Asset Management Tbk and President Commissioner of PT Rajawali Nusindo. Previously, he worked at PT Cipta Kridatama as Director of Finance and Human Capital, Bakrie Construction as General Manager, at the National Banking Restructuring Agency (2000-2004), at (2000-2004), at PT Bank Bumi Putera Indonesia (1995- 2000), Indovest Bank (1995) and IBM Indonesia (1990-1995). He obtained his Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, Australia in 1995 and is an alumnus of the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia. The man who once taught at STIE PERBANAS, is also active in sharing his knowledge in KSE training activities until now.

Rizal B. Prasetijo

Co-Founders

In addition to being one of the founders of the KSE Foundation, he is also a member of the Investment and Risk Management Committee of Pertamina (Holding). Previously, he served as President Commissioner / Independent Commissioner of Trimegah Securities from February 2015 to July 2022, was a Member of the Board of Commissioners at the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) and Chairman of the Risk Management Committee and Information Committee of LPS from late 2012 to November 2014. Having spent 23 years in the investment banking industry, he has worked at Jardine Fleming, Chase Fleming, and J.P. Morgan Chase (JPM). He also served as one of the Managing Directors of JPM Asia Pacific (MD) responsible for managing the Indonesian equity business (2010 - 2012) and Country Manager of JPM Indonesia (2008-2010). For 15 consecutive years during the period 1993 - 2008, he was consistently named one of the five best equity analysts in Indonesia and was selected several times as the best equity analyst in Indonesia by investor institution surveys. This graduate of the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia, has also taught Business Mathematics and Statistics at his alma mater.

Basya G. Himawan

Co-Founders

One of the founders and former chairman of the Karya Salemba Empat Foundation in 2004-2008. Currently serving as Director of PT Trans-Pacific Petrochemical Indotama based on the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated May 24, 2019. Basya G. Himawan is an MBA graduate, United States International University San Diego (1990). Before serving as Director of PT Trans-Pacific Petrochemical Indotama, Basya G. Himawan had experience as VP Director & CFO of PT Trans-Pacific Petrochemical Indotama (2012 - 2016), SVP of PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (2004 - 2012), and Assistant VP at the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (1998 - 2004)

Robert Tumiwa

Co-Founder

One of the founders of the Karya Salemba Empat Foundation. He served as Head of Cluster Marketing & Product Development AP-S at SIG Combibloc, Bangkok in 2018-2021. He also served as Head of Business Development AP Selatan, Jakarta in 2017-2018. He also served as Director of Sales and Marketing at PT Amcor Flexibles Indonesia in 2013-2017. Previously, he also served as Commercial Director at Tetra Pak in 1994-2013. He graduated with a BA from the University of Indonesia, Faculty of Economics in 1989 and continued his MA at the National University of San Diego in 1992.
