Tadulako University - Palu, December 18-19, 2015. Bank BNP Paribas together with the Karya Salemba Empat Foundation organized the BNP Paribas Workshop & Face-to-Face Meeting for KSE Scholarship Recipients. On December 18, 2015, the activity began with a Face-to-Face Meeting of Karya Salemba Empat Scholarship Recipients. As is usually done to start the event, the participants, speakers and invited guests sang Indonesian songs and also symbolically handed over BNP Paribas scholarships to 5 UNTAD students. 

Furthermore, the speech of Karya Salemba Empat Foundation: Satriadi Indarmawan (Chairman of the KSE Supervisory Board). He revealed that KSE runs with friendship. The cooperation with many scholarship donors including Bank BNP Paribas occurs because of friendship. Winy Tijono - Director of Bank BNP Paribas also introduced Bank BNP Paribas to the students and hoped that activities like this would strengthen the relationship between scholarship providers and recipients.

"We are very grateful for the many activities that have been carried out by the Karya Salemba Empat Foundation, besides students being expected to get good academic grades, we also hope that students can gain more knowledge about soft skills through activities like this" said the Vice Rector for Student Affairs: Prof. Dr. Jayani Nurdin, MSi

The activity continued with an Interactive Dialogue with the theme "Creating Quality Human Resources with the Spirit of Sharing, Networking and Developing" with speakers Winy Tijono - Director of Bank BNP Paribas, Satriadi Indarmawan - Chairman of the KSE Supervisory Board, and Prof. Dr. Jayani Nurdin, MSi - Vice Rector for Student Affairs. The event, which was moderated by Christian P. Somali - Donor Relations of the Karya Salemba Empat Foundation, provided some understanding that friendship or what is known by KSE is sharing, networking and developing is a foothold for us to reap success and live to benefit others.

BNP Paribas Workshop with the theme "The Role of Banking as an Intermediary for Indonesia's Economic Growth and Human Resources Empowerment" delivered by Diana Marbu - Head of Human Resource of Bank Paribas Indonesia. In addition to revealing about the world of banking, she also explained about career coaching or preparations for the world of work.

The next day's activity on December 19, 2015, with the theme "Working Meaningfully Together" for KSE Scholarship recipients in the 2014-2015 academic year, was attended by Ivandeva Irwantoro (Motivator Story), Satriadi Indarmawan (Chairman of the KSE Board of Trustees). The first material was delivered by Satriadi Indarmawan on "Time is a Gift", the material presented was more interactive with the participants by providing several cases and arguments raised by the participants to make a real understanding that the time given is very short just to be wasted.

The main program was started by the resource person, Ivandeva, with the theme "Working Meaningfully Together". The material presented by Ivandeva is something that is closely related to everyday life, the extent to which all the things we have done become something meaningful. The participants were also asked to write down the most interesting activities in this life, and the extent to which these activities were pursued. All participants completed the directive by writing on a piece of paper, even when asked to write down the extent to which the activity resulted in something good received, causing impact and acceptance for the participant.

In addition, the resource person also explained that togetherness in carrying out these activities is important. It is with the help of friends, coaches, trainers and even communities that the interesting activities that have been written can become a work that has real results, good impact and legacy for the next life.
