On March 18, 2023, KSE together with Give 2 Asia held a webinar on "Preparation for the World of Work". This activity began with remarks from Ami Tantri as Treasurer of the Karya Salemba Empat Foundation and continued with a group photo session with all participants.
The material "How Get a Great Job" by Cosimo Thawley as Minister-Counsellor Senior Treasury Representative, Southeast Asia, Australian Embassy Jakarta. In this session Cosimo explained about how to make a CV, how to apply for a job, prepare for a job interview, and how to face a job interview session.
Cosimo uses the 3-point method to make it easier to practice and easier to remember always. As in CV and Cover Letter Preparation, there are 3 things to remember, namely Tone, Lenght and Attention to Detail.
Furthermore, Cosimo also explained 3 other things that need to be prepared, namely in preparation for the Interview, namely Research, Personal and Policy and Ask Question. Finally in his discussion, he also emphasized the participants to maintain 3 points of communication including Clarity, Structure and Engaging. The activity ended with an interactive session with the participants, namely Q&A.
