Jakarta- Educational activities in the form of financial literacy seminars have been carried out offline on Saturday, 23 April 2022 located at the State University of Jakarta (UNJ), with the theme "Saturday with UBS Sekuritas Indonesia and BNI Sekuritas" held by Yayasan Karya Salemba Empat in collaboration with PT UBS Sekutitas Indonesia and BNI Sekuritas attended by 104 participants from KSE scholarship students from UNJ, UIN, UNTIRTA, UI and IPB.
This activity began with the opening by the MC, followed by the playing of the Indonesia Raya song and KSE Mars, then continued with remarks from the Directorate of Student Affairs of UNJ, Yayasan Karya Salemba Empat, PT UBS Sekuritas Indonesia, and BNI Sekuritas.
The seminar presented an introduction to the Indonesian capital market, career paths in the world of capital markets and investment games. All seminar participants were very enthusiastic in participating in this seminar, because not only the material was explained but interactive games were presented in the investment games session where participants were required to play games and think about the case studies given. In the final session, the 5 participants with the highest points will get a reward in the form of mutual funds with fantastic amounts, ranging from 1 million rupiah to 300,000 thousand rupiah.
The purpose of this financial literacy seminar on investment is to increase the financial inclusion of the Indonesian people. In addition, to make millennials aware of being able to do financial design properly.
