Friday, 29 October 2021 at 13.30 - 16.30 WIB until completion, the Panin Teaching activity was held together with PT Bank Panin Tbk. with the theme "VUCA Games (Volatelity, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity)". This activity was organised online and attended by 166 students who received the Karya Salemba Empat Scholarship in 27 state universities in Indonesia.
Mr Hengky Poerwowidagdo - Secretary & Chief Oprating Officer of Karya Salemba Empat Foundation and Mr Jasman Ginting - Corporate Secretary of PT Bank Panin Tbk. gave a speech in this activity.
Followed by the Symbolisation of PT Panin Bank Tbk. Scholarship Program represented by one of the scholarship recipients from Universitas Cendrawasih (UNCEN) - Anjang Niluh Prianti. The first event was a presentation from the KSE Association of Cendrawasih University (UNCEN) and also the KSE Association of Hasanuddin University (UNHAS). Where each association explained the association activities that have been and will be carried out in the 2021 - 2022 academic year to the PT Bank Panin Tbk Team and all participants. Do not forget the appreciation from Mr Jasman Ginting who represents the donor.
The presentation of VUCA (Volatelity, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity) material was delivered by Mr Boyke Indrasakti Aveanto as Head of HR Strategic PT. Bank Panin Tbk and accompanied by Mrs Gabby Lalamentik as Head of Branding and Communications from PT. Bank Panin Tbk. on this occasion the speaker conveyed what were the important components in VUCA, including vision, understanding, clarity, agility.
With the VUCA challenge, so that we also become more introspective about how to deal with it by focusing on agility points or agile and sensitive in seeing opportunities and situations that exist. Moreover, as we know in realising something we cannot do it alone, so we need good teamwork to achieve common goals effectively and efficiently. In the session there was a quote that "We should work with teams not just work in teams."
The second material, about the PT Panin Bank Tbk. programme by Mrs Gabby Lalamentik as Head of Branding and Communication PT Bank Panin Tbk. In the framework of 50 years PT Bank Panin Tbk. held a Panin Super Bonanza programme. Where in this programme provided a total cash prize of 60 billion rupiah, with a monthly prize of 5 billion rupiah for 500 winners.
