Then finished the speech and photos with the eagerly awaited talk show "Pursuing a Career Across Sectors" with Mr. Ahmad Fikri Assegaf and Mrs. Tribuana Tunggadewi. This session was moderated by Mrs. Nancy Silalahi as KSE Alumni and Vice President Legal of Soechi Group. Firstly delivered by Mrs. Tribuana Tunggadewi sharing her experience as a law graduate who made a career move into the banking sector. He said, it is very important to have a willingness to learn in anything and broaden your perspective to new things. His own experience is that he was a banker in the legal division for 4 years and then had to move to the investor relations division where he had to integrate law and economics to master capital market law. He added that at that time he had to study with investment banker staff and had to study diligently to upgrade his skills, look for the right mentor to know how to read financial reports well, and look for the right certification to support his career.

Furthermore, Mr. Ahmad Fikri Assegaf added that the ability that today's students must have is critical thinking. Where critical thinking skills can be trained when participating in competitions/organizations, being active in discussions and taking part in off-campus projects. Mr. Fikri said that understanding technology is mandatory nowadays. From his own experience in 1993, to arrange a notary, it took around 3-6 months because at that time he had to use an ICT machine. The ease of using Artificial Intelligence nowadays means that processes that usually take months can be completed in just 5-8 minutes.

Mr. Ahmad Fikri Assegaf added that professions related to law can be carried out in a multidisciplinary manner with IT graduate students. An example in today's job market is that IT graduate students use their skills to develop AI to take care of notaries. In this case, both IT students and Law students must understand each other's knowledge with the aim of fixing bugs, enriching the AI database, preventing future fraud from occurring in the AI that has been created.

Mrs. Tribuana Tunggadewi also shared her experiences at this seminar. He explained that while he was working, there was something very important for all staff to master, namely communication. The important things to learn in the field of communications are how to maintain relationships with the mass media and frequently exchange knowledge with new bankers in the company. Having a background as a law graduate herself means that Mrs. Tribuana Tunggadewi has the legal basis for dealing with agencies and the media. This is very important to understand in order to avoid things that are detrimental to the company.

The series of activities continued with a question and answer session, the moderator held an open discussion with the participants. The first question was asked by Bagus Alfandy from the UGM KSE Association, Jihan from the UNRI KSE Association, and Nazar from the UINSU KSE Association. The questions asked by participants were related to legal science and its application.

During the question and answer session, Mr. Ahmad Fikri Assegaf and Mrs. Tribuana Tunggadewi also added extraordinary new insights. Mr. Ahmad Fikri Assegaf added tips on how to enter an international law firm or multinational law firm. According to him, the most important thing is not the type of law firm. The most important thing is to have a foundation and don't see regulations as just rules. A regulation must be viewed from a moral, gender and environmental perspective. This broad perspective can be enriched by reading books. He also added that conveying ideas must be done in a good way to avoid misunderstandings. Mrs. Tribuana Tunggadewi argued that regarding the sustainability of companies in carrying out projects so that they do not violate AMDAL regulations, several standards can be given that adapt to this type of company.
