The PLN Camp III 2021 Ambassador was held in Cirebon on 1-5 December 2021 at Bentani Hotel & Residence. This activity was attended by 104 students from 22 state universities throughout Indonesia. The event opened with a discussion about Community Development. The Forum Group Discussion was divided into several topics according to the interests of the participants, such as health, education, environment, mangrove, and others.
On the second day, participants received material on "Awareness and Sensitivity to the Potential and Problems of the Community" delivered by Nur Saudah. Through this material, participants gained knowledge about the importance of sensitivity to the surrounding, the development gained from comdev, the simple stages of comdev, and an explanation of community service, development and empowerment.
The next material obtained by the participants on the second day was "Social Project Plan; Social Mapping & Social Project Preparation". This material was delivered by Asri Permata Sari. Through this material, participants gained knowledge about making effective social project planning, including the level of community readiness, human character, and an explanation of risk management. In the risk management material, it is explained about risk events, impact estimates, risk levels and mitigation strategies. The material continued on "Social Project Plan; Impact Measurement" which was delivered again by Asri Permata Sari. Through this material, participants learnt about means of verification (mov) and setting indicators. Participants were also invited to know social mapping by paying attention to the logical framework (social projects based on goals) and introducing what community readiness is.
The third day of training began at 07.30 local time with the material Exploring Self-Potential given by Ami Tantri as Executive Treasurer of Karya Salemba Empat about unlimited human potential. Without realising it, humans actually have far greater potential than what is seen on the surface.
Then continued with Mobile PLN and Electricity material presented by Agus Yuswanta as Vice President of CSR & PKBL PT PLN (Persero). After that, it was followed by Career material at PLN presented by Eko Widyanto as Manager of Human Capital Policy - PT PLN (Persero).
The last material on Friday was presented by Mr Sigit Wahono, as Advisor of Sales PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. presenting material on the topic of Personal Branding.
The fourth day began at 08.30 with the inauguration of the PLN Camp III Ambassador and a Talkshow entitled Corporate Transformation and the Challenges of the Investment World in Indonesia. In this session, the speakers were Mr Agus Yuswanta as Vice Presdient of CSR and PKBL PT PLN (Persero) and Mr Marsangap P. Tamba as Executive Chairman of KSE with discussions including investment trends in the era of technological disruption and continuing to innovate towards Indonesia zero emission 2030.
Then the event continued with material on the Spirit of Independence with resource person Satriadi Indarmawan as Co-founder and Chairman of the KSE Supervisory Board including Self determination, the definition of independence, and the current meaning in society.
The fifth day was the culmination of all PLN Camp III Ambassador activities. On that day, comdev activities were implemented in Cirebon Girang Village. The comdev activities carried out consisted of free health checks for adults and children, renovation of the Cirebon Girang Village Health Centre and healthy canteen, making a mini health centre park, and socialisation to local residents about PLN Mobile. The event went smoothly thanks to the cooperation of various parties and Beswan KSE PLN. The event was closed with an inauguration ceremony which included a review of the comdev location and remarks from the Head of Cirebon Girang Village Ruslani and Assistant Manager of KSA Cirebon PT PLN (Persero) Nurmalita and KSE Donor Relations Maya Dintasari. The closing remarks were given by Hengky Poerwowidagdo as Executive Secretary and Chief Operating Officer of KSE.
