Still in the series of activities of the Karya Salemba Empat Foundation ("KSE") together with one of the donors, namely PT UBS Sekuritas Indonesia ("UBSSI") located in Yogyakarta on June 7 2024, one of the agendas carried out is monitoring Community Development assisted by KSE UGM which donated by UBSSI namely Cupable Café. Cupable Café itself is a café managed by people with disabilities under the auspices of the YAKKUM Rehabilitation Center.

On this occasion, representatives from UBSSI who were also attended by Mr. ⁠Joshua Tanja - Managing Director and Country Head of PT UBS Sekuritas Indonesia⁠ saw firsthand the condition of the Café, they had the opportunity to see firsthand how the café's baristas, who are people with disabilities, looked like. serve food and drinks to customers. Also present were Mrs. Rita and Mrs. Isti, representatives from YAKKUM. Together with the students who received KSE UGM scholarships, they explained to UBSSI how the Café had been operating and other things. Also present was Mrs. Ami Tantri as Deputy Executive Treasurer of the Karya Salemba Empat Foundation.

On the second day, on June 8 2024, the agenda continued with a trip to Magelang in the form of Engagement Activities. This activity was attended by a total of 24 staff from UBSSI. This activity opened with a trip using a VW from the hotel grounds to the Wanurejo Tourism Village area. The first post was tree planting, a total of 30 fruit trees were planted, guided by a tour guide, staff from UBSSI simultaneously planted trees into the holes provided.

There were several points or posts that were visited next, one of which was an educational visit regarding honey and Rengginang MSME education. In this session, participants can see firsthand how honey is produced and the lifestyle of the bees themselves, and in the MSME education section, participants can see firsthand how rengginang is made and taste it.

Moving on from that post, continued with the musical education post, in this post the participants learned directly the musical technique starting from basic notes to forming a song. Participants are invited to come forward per group of around 15 people first to try directly playing Javanese gamelan with various types. The participants looked enthusiastic when they played this Javanese gamelan for the first time.

Finished with musical education, followed by FGD with community representatives of the Sinergi Berdaya Waste Bank, which is one of the waste banks managed by people with disabilities in Kulonprogo which is also a community development assisted by KSE UGM. Also inviting Mr. Giarto as chairman of the waste bank. Mr. Giarto gave a brief introduction regarding the background of the waste bank's existence and how it has survived to this day, with its uniqueness, namely that some of its management are disabled and the proceeds from the sale of waste will be distributed again to disabled people in the area.

 Finished with a brief introductory presentation from Mr. Gi, followed by FGD. The participants were divided into 6 groups consisting of UBSSI staff, KSE UGM Scholarship Recipients and the waste bank community to discuss several topics, including waste bank organizations, waste bank marketing, waste bank derivative products, cupable café marketing, cupable café product development and also strengthening community organizations. The participants discussed for approximately 40 minutes and continued with a short presentation. There were lots of suggestions and input from the UBSSI team regarding the problems faced by Community Development. It is hoped that all of these input and suggestions can be implemented at a later date so that existing problems can be resolved.

The closing of today's activities was closed with tumpeng education. This typical Javanese food has many philosophies that participants can learn. Starting from the shape to the arrangement and what elements are in a tumpeng, these are lessons that can be taken by the participants. The tour guide or session guide explains each element very clearly. The participants were also given the opportunity to practice directly how to make tumpeng, from forming to finishing by decorating.

UBSSI did not forget to convey a thank you note to representatives of the Sinergi Berdaya Waste Bank in the form of gifts. This is intended so that the collaboration involved from many parties is able to last for a long time and get better in the future.
