Creating a good leader certainly requires a little effort in the form of direct and indirect education. In this activity, there was also a presentation by Iwan Purwanto as the Department Head of Learning Management Division of BTN Pusat Jakarta regarding becoming a great leader. In the presentation of the material presented, he revealed that being a leader requires various processes in it. He also revealed that being a leader is not easy, many things must be learned and even grown.

Not only that, he also talked about the characteristics of leaders desired by a company, especially a state-owned enterprise like BTN. A lot of questions arose related to the material presented, not least they also mentioned about how to make a career at BTN for them, are there programmes that are relevant to the needs of students today.

The importance of mental health is also a major concern in the discussion lately, a good leader is a leader who has good mental health as well, because with a healthy mentality it will encourage a person to act right as well. The material on the second day related to Mental Health in Leadership was delivered quite well by one of the practitioners from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia, Dr. Karina Kalani Firdaus, SpKJ. she conveyed coherently related to mental health, starting from symptoms to how to overcome it or minimise it. In this session, the students were very enthusiastic to ask several things in the QNA session, more than 10 questions arose from the students. His message was that we must be aware of the symptoms and signs of mental disorders and recognise the risk of psychiatric crisis. Self-diagnosis should not be done and must be done by competent people such as general practitioners, psychologists, or psychiatrists. And before we help others we must help ourselves.

Not only that, Fiesha also discussed his career journey to motivate the KSE students, especially in entering the world of work.
