The Ambasador BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is one of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan cooperation programs with the Karya Salemba Empat (KSE) Foundation and is fully supported by 11 well-known Investment Companies in Indonesia including:  PT Mandiri Investment Management, PT Trimegah Asset Management, PT Samuel Asset Management, PT Danareksa Investment Management, PT Bahana TCW Investment Management, PT Panin Asset Management, PT BNP Paribas Investment Partners, PT Batavia Prosperindo Asset Management, PT Syailendra Capital, PT BNI Asset Management and PT First State Investment Indonesia.

With 1,000 students participating in the program, Batch 1 or the first batch of this Scholarship Program has entered its final camp, the 3rd Camp. The training, named The Ambassador BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Camp III Batch 1, was attended by 29 Ambassadors selected from 17 KSE partner universities throughout Indonesia, including UNSYIAH, USU, UNRI, UNILA, UNAND, UIN JKT, UNJ, IPB, UI, UNPAD, UGM, UNDIP, UB, UNMUL, UNDANA and UNUD.

The objectives of this training are:

- Preparing participants to improve their quality in accordance with the capacity and professional skills needed by job seekers.

- Preparing participants to become ambassadors who can socialize work programs and the benefits of the existence of BPJS Employment both in groups and individually.

- Equipping and honing the potential for leadership and excellence in students so that it is actualized into a prominent figure and has a broad impact on society in accordance with their scientific fields.

8.jpgKegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan selama 5 hari di Sempur Park Hotel, Bogor pada tanggal 9-13 Mei 2016. Serangkaian kegiatan dalam Camp III ini, Peserta dibentuk sebagai  Pribadi yang luar biasa “Personal Excellent”, peserta diharapkan mampu mengendalikan emosi serta menerapkan Pola Kejeniusan dalam Roda Kehidupan (Wheel of Life).  Selain itu peserta juga dibekali dengan pelajaran Etika pergaulan dan berpenampilan yang baik sebagai pribadi dan sebagai Ambassador dari BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.

Sebagai seorang Ambassador dari BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, mereka harus mampu memberikan respon yang positif dan juga dapat menyampaikan apa yang menjadi visi misi serta tujuan dari BPJS Ketenagakerjaan di dalam kehidupan pribadi, keluarga hingga lingkungan masyarakat. Inilah  sebabnya mereka disebuts ebagai “The Icon of Ambassador BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.”

The facilitators and resource persons for this training were Ms. Rima Olivia, a psychologist from Ahmada Consulting, Ms. Lisa Samadikun, an expert in Ethics and Socializing, Ms. Fay Irvanto, an expert in Appearance and Ms. Ermy Winarjati, a motivator. The facilitators and resource persons from BPJS Ketenagakerjaan were:

o Novri Annur - Head of Wage Receiver Marketing BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bogor City Branch

o IndraVarianto - Marketing Associate of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bogor City Branch

o Muhammad Taufiq - Marketing Associate of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bogor City Branch

o Deparynto - Service Associate of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bogor City Branch

 

In this training, the Ambassadors were given the opportunity to visit and see how the service flow of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan branch office in Bogor City. In addition, they were also given the challenge to conduct socialization and attract participants in 2 crowded places in Bogor City. The results of the socialization at Bogor Market Jl. Surya Kencana obtained 3 prospective BPJS Ketenagakerjaan program participants, while the socialization at Bogor Trade Mall obtained 12 prospective BPJS Ketenagakerjaan program participants, 1 entrepreneur.

The closing ceremony was held on Friday, May 13, 2016 at 15.00 - 16.00 WIB. The welcome speech by KSE was represented by the Executive Secretary of KSE, Mr. Ahmad Solihin, while the representative of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan was the Head of Participation Expansion Division, Mr. Iswandhy Syaruly.

The event, which was prepared by the participants themselves, was attended by 9 KSE donor investment companies and partners of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, namely:

Also attended by Mr. Maman Miraz as Chairman of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bogor Kota Branch, Mr. Marsangap P. Tamba as Executive Treasurer of KSE and Mr. Hengky Poerwowidadgo as Chief Operating Officer of KSE.

With the embedding of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Icon Ambassador Brooch and the Provision of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Icon Ambassador Certificate by Mr. Iswandy Syaruly accompanied by Mr. Ahmad Solihin, the 29 Ambassadors were officially inaugurated as "BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Icon Ambassadors."
