The Face-to-Face Meeting and Workshop for Scholarship Recipients as well as the BISMA & XL Future Leader Interview Selection (12-14 August 2016) held at the 4th Floor Rectorate Hall and Auditorium FMIPA, University of Riau, Tampan District Pekanbaru went smoothly. In this event, participants were selected from the Karya Salemba Empat association of Riau University totalling 31 people and Andalas University totalling 19 people.
The purpose of this activity is to carry out a fun interview process for KSE UNRI and UNAND scholarship recipients with the hope of attracting students who have the best qualifications to take part in training and also foster an attitude of sharing, networking and developing for Karya Salemba Empat scholarship recipients and further strengthen the silahturahim with the foundation, donors and recipients of Karya Salemba Empat scholarships at Riau University and Andalas University. BISMA & XL Future Leader Interview Selection along with Face-to-Face and Workshop took the theme "Creating Quality Human Resources with the spirit of Networking and Developing" with the hope that through events like this it can provide additional knowledge and meaningful experiences to build a more characterised world of education in interpreting leadership attitudes with true.
The series of events on the first day (12/08) was the delivery of encouragement to run a fun interview process for interview participants. Mrs Dwi Setyo Iryaningsih as CSR Manager of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk urged the interview participants to be honest. "It is hoped that the participants can be honest during the BISMA & XL Future Leader interview session, because we really appreciate your honesty" said Mrs Dwi. After that, the interview process took place and finished with a group photo with the donors and recipients of Karya Salemba Empat scholarships at Riau University and Andalas University.
The second day (13/08) began at 08.30 WIB with the opening of the MC and continued singing the Indonesia Raya song, singing the KSE Nusantara march, after which it was filled with remarks, starting with remarks from Rino Yusra Hamdani, Chairperson of the Bisma & Xl Future Leader Interview Selection Event Along with Face-to-Face and Workshop of the KSE UNRI association, remarks from the KSE Foundation by Mr Satriadi Indarmawan as Chair of the KSE Foundation Board of Trustees, remarks from PT. XL Axiata by Mr Eka Dwidhasa K, and PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk by Mr Deni Puspahadi. Furthermore, the event continued and was packaged through a very inspiring interactive dialogue with several speakers, namely Mr. Satriadi Indarmawan as Chairman of the KSE Foundation supervisory board, Mr. Eka Dwidhasa K as GM Central West from PT. XL Axiata, Mrs. Dwi Setyo Iryaningsih as Csr Manager of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk with a pleasant moderator Rendy Saputra from the UNRI KSE Association along with giving souvenirs packaged by themselves from the UNRI KSE Association to the donor.
Then the event continued with the presentation of the profile video of the UNRI KSE Association as well as the presentation of the former chairman of the UNRI KSE Association in 2015 and the 2016 elected chairman candidate who presented the work programme of the UNRI KSE Association itself. After that, the event was interspersed with breaks, prayers and meals (ISHOMA) and continued again with dance entertainment by Mashudi Saputra as the candidate for chairman of the 2016 UNRI KSE Association. Then the delivery of material from Mr Deni Puspahadi on Building Effective Partnership. Well, in this case the participants formed into several groups and discussed the partnership case, and that the partnership itself is a cooperative relationship, carried out jointly with the benefits or risks borne together and sustainable. After the presentation of the material, participants were also pampered to relax together with coffee breaks and snacks typical of Pekanbaru. After that, it was continued again by Mr Satriadi Idarmawan with the delivery of material on Meaning of life which greatly motivated the participants about the meaning of life and after that the event continued the next day on (14/08) at 07.30 WIB with the delivery of material from Mrs Ermy Winarjati regarding Effective Communication and continued by Mr Ivandeva Irwantoro who in his material discussed about, Alami. Observe. Sharpen.
And the whole series of events was completed and ended with a group photo session. The three-day event was full of inspiration, valuable experiences and very constructive motivation by speakers and presenters who were truly extraordinary and good things that were conveyed to trigger stimulus / motivation to develop our potential to continue to work and become a person who is beneficial to others.
