The KSE Unand Association has just completed the Unand Leadership Camp training from the KSE Foundation, which was held from 21-25 October 2015 at Anai Resort, Padang Pariaman Regency, West Sumatra Province. This ULC training had a tremendous positive impact on all participants so that they could quote the values and lessons from this training, starting from discipline and the importance of time from waking up to sleeping again. All activities are regulated such as eating, going in and out of the room, dressing, reporting before and after activities, how to ask or give a good opinion, and our attitude is in sync with the condition of mind set and body set.

ULC training also educates the mentality of a leader, which is being able to take risks followed by things to minimise these risks. In addition to showing their strengths, leaders must understand themselves. A leader must have passion, never give up, not afraid of pressure, discipline, agility, creativity, and sharing. Leaders must be able to fight pain by not giving up easily, being solid and strong with the same goal as members and motivating each other and good communication. In addition, leaders must also have high ambition and be able to make quick and precise decisions by taking risks after being analysed beforehand. We are all leaders for ourselves. In addition to being able to control our hearts and minds, we must know ourselves with our strengths and weaknesses. To be a leader, try to be proactive and get out of your comfort zone.
