The KSE Students Summit is an annual activity that brings together administrators of KSE Scholarship recipient associations throughout the archipelago. In 2023, the KSE Students Summit 2023 will take place on 4-12 November 2023 at the Bentani Hotel Cirebon, West Java. The event, which lasted for 9 days, was attended by 113 participants who were leaders from 35 KSE associations throughout the archipelago from Sabang to Merauke.

The opening of the event was held on November 5 2023 by Mr. Hengky Poerwowidagdo as Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this opening session, it was filled with an introduction or introduction about what this camp will be like in the future, as well as what topics and things you can get from this camp, as well as further introduction regarding the Salemba Empat work. After that, the event continued with participants attaching identification cards as a symbol that the camp had started.

The summit agenda covers various topics, starting from "Building an Impactful Organization" presented by Hengky on Sunday, November 5, to sessions on "Leading with Impact" by Arif Mulizar and "Managing Team & Building Teamwork" by Rendi Aries Fajrin on Monday, November 6. This week continued with a discussion on "Powerful Communication" with Sinta Setyaningsih and "Branding Paguyuban" led by Helmi on Tuesday, November 7.

The midweek highlight involved exploring Cirebon through a "Research and Social Mapping" session facilitated by KSE on Wednesday, November 8. The program continues with sessions on financial accountability, communication strategies, and a focus on sustainable practices, including a session on "Research, Strategy and Development of Waste Banks" led by Wilda Yanti on Friday, November 10.

As the summit progressed, Saturday, November 11, featured sharing of alumni experiences and insights, while ending with a presentation on "KSE Values" by Tatan A Taufik. The Summit culminated on Saturday afternoon with the presentation of the “2023-2024 Program” and a closing ceremony led by KSE. Throughout the week, evening meetings and briefings ensure a memorable and impactful experience for all participants.

Saturday, November 11, the Closing Ceremony ended with a memorable moment which included the release of the name tag as a symbol of the end of a series of activities. This closing event was enriched by performances of Indonesian poetry and dance, which provided a touch of art and cultural beauty. Removing the name tag is a symbol of temporary separation but also fosters a sense of unity that has been forged during the event. Indonesian poetry and dance not only provide entertainment, but also present cultural heritage that enriches the experience of the participants. Thus, the Closing Ceremony is not only a formal closing, but also a moment of sharing emotions, the beauty of art, and appreciation of cultural diversity which enriches the journey of the event.

The rubbish collection movement carried out along the road from the Bentani Hotel to Cirebon Station wearing traditional clothes reflects a collaborative effort to promote environmental awareness and preserve local culture. The main goal is to clean the surrounding environment while raising public awareness of the waste problem. Involving wearing traditional clothing provides a touch of local wisdom, enriching traditional values ​​in the context of cleanliness activities. Apart from creating an aesthetic impression, this activity has the potential to increase the community's sense of pride in their cultural identity. Thus, this movement not only achieves physical cleanliness, but also contributes to the maintenance of cultural heritage and strengthens social unity in overcoming environmental challenges.

Paguyuban KSE participants experience various benefits from their participation in this organization. They not only become part of a community, but also get the opportunity to develop leadership skills, learn to solve complex problems, and increase resilience to stress. Paguyuban KSE is not just an organizational forum, but is also a family that provides social support, sharing and opportunities to build networks. Apart from that, participants can also take advantage of this platform to hone skills that will be very valuable in the real world, in accordance with trends in skills needed in the future. In this way, membership in the KSE Association not only provides organizational benefits, but also has a positive impact on participants' personal and professional development.
