The collaborative activity between Karya Salemba Empat and PT Panin Asset Management was successfully held at the FEB Auditorium, University of Indonesia on Saturday, May 24, 2025. Improving financial literacy while celebrating the spirit of education. This event was attended by hundreds of students from various State and Private Universities.
This event presented speakers and guests of honor, including Mr. Arief Wana - Chairman of the KSE Board of Trustees, Mrs. Rosmalita, S.Sos, M.Si - Head of Scholarship Sub-Directorate (Directorate of Student Affairs and Scholarships) University of Indonesia, Mr. Ridwan Soetedja - President Director of PT Panin AM, Mr. Rudiyanto - Director of PT Panin AM, Mrs. Jessica Gultom - Associate Director of PT Panin AM, Mr. Yusuf Adi Pradana - Market Development IDX and Mr. Hengky Poerwowidagdo - Secretary & COO KSE.
A total of 280 students from various campuses participated, including UI, UNJ, UIN Jakarta, UNTIRTA, IPB, Unpad, and several private universities. As part of its commitment to support inclusive education, PT Panin Asset Management provides scholarships to 33 students, 10 of whom are disabled. Real support for inclusive education.
The event was opened with a presentation from the KSE UI, UNTIRTA, UNJ, IPB, UIN Jakarta and UNPAD Paguyuban Program. The material was explained by representatives from BESWAN KSE UI. Furthermore, after the material, it was continued with speeches, starting from Mr. Arief Wana then Mrs. Rosmalita, S.Sos, M.Si and finally by Mr. Ridwan Soetedja. After the speech, it was continued with the symbolic giving and ceremony of the Panin Asset Management Scholarship Recipients.
Then the next event was a talk show session where the representative from Panin AM was Mr. Rudiyanto with the theme Getting to Know Investment Managers and Mutual Funds. In addition, the representative from the Indonesia Stock Exchange was Mr. Yusuf Adi Pradana with the theme The Future Awaits, Let's Invest. From Mr. Rudiyanto, he explained the history related to Mutual Funds where Investment through Mutual Funds contains risks. Before deciding to invest, prospective investors must read and understand the Prospectus.
The second talk show material from Mr. Yusuf Adi Pradana explained the benefits of investing and starting to manage finances. Should be careful in investing because of the many fake investments and explain the characteristics of fake investments. Explaining capital market investment products and how to start investing.
After the talk show session, it was continued with the giving of souvenirs from KSE to the speakers. Thank you to all parties who have contributed to this event. Hopefully the knowledge and support provided can be provisions for a brighter future.
