Diponegoro University - Semarang, 30-31 May 2015. BPJS Employment, PT Mandiri Manajemen Investasi, and KSE Alumni Association in collaboration with Karya Salemba Embat (KSE) Foundation have held a "Face to Face and Career Coaching" activity for KSE Scholarship recipients for the 2014-2015 academic year. The speakers were Sudibyo Wisnubroto (Head of Regional Marketing Semarang) BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Mauldy R. Makmur (Head of Corporate Secretary) PT Mandiri Manajemen Investasi, Prof. Dr. Ir. Muhammad Zenuri DEA (Vice Rector I Diponegoro University) and friends of the KSE Alumni Association.

The series of activities on the first day of Face-to-Face and Career Coaching, began with singing the Indonesia Raya Song followed by the KSE Mars which was enthusiastically sung by 130 participants consisting of students from Diponegoro University (UNDIP), Sepuluh November Institute of Technology (ITS), Gadjah Mada University (UGM), and representatives from Jakarta State University (UNJ). Then the first opening by Jonatan Martino as Chairman of the UNDIP KSE Association, followed by remarks by Wawan Setiawan as a representative of the KSE Alumni Association and Arief Wana as a representative of the KSE Foundation as KSE Executive Chairman. The next activity was the handover of souvenirs from KSE to all Donors who were present who were also resource persons at this activity and from KSE to Diponegoro University.

The main event that is awaited is a talk show with speakers from two major companies in the world of investment in Indonesia, where BPJS Ketenagakerja and PT. Mandiri Manajemen Investasi, in accordance with the theme of this Face-to-Face Meeting, namely "The Role of Students in the World of Investment and Old Age Security as the Future Provision of the Nation".First of all talk show about socialisation from BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, followed by Company Profile, Vision, Mission, and Activities of PT. Mandiri Manajemen Investasi, in this interactive dialogue talking about investment for the future both for the workforce and individuals and the attitude of this investment, it was concluded that investment is better done early so that the future will be bright, for investment in the company must be seen the prospects of the company, and everyone must have integrity because with integrity life will be better.Not forgetting the question and answer session which was quite enthusiastic between the Face-to-Face participants to the resource persons present.

The next event was Career Coaching which was attended by 50 students who were at least in semester 6, and only from 3 (three) State Universities, including UNDIP, ITS and UGM with speakers from the KSE Alumni association, the initial activity was opened by Erick as the head of Career Coaching, then an overview of the world of work and the stages of the world of work selection process delivered by Windandru from HRD PT. Akebono Brake Astra Indonesia, finished with this material followed by an interview simulation. In this session the participants were quite enthusiastic to ask the resource person about the stages of the real world work selection process.

The second day, where all the activities have been arranged in such a way by friends of the KSE Alumni Association. The first activity with the FGD simulation presented by the KSE alumni association, the participants saw the FDG simulation carefully and focused, after the FGD simulation from the alumni association continued with the FGD simulation from the participants and was divided into 7 groups in 1 group consisting of 6 - 8 people, in the FGD simulation participants, tentors from the alumni association provided input to support the FGD simulation. At the end of the Career Coaching event there was an evaluation of the event and rewarding to participants who had a good appearance (Office Look).
