For the first time, the Karya Salemba 4 Foundation together with PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk held the PGN Innovation Camp on 6-10 May 2015 at the Indofood Education and Training Center, Cibodas. This activity was attended by 132 students from 19 state universities, namely USU, UNAND, UNRI, UI, UNJ, IPB, UPI, UNPAD, ITB, UGM, UNDIP, ITS, UB, UNMUL, UPR, UNUD, UNDANA, UNSRAT, and UNTAD .
Upon arrival of participants at the training location, participant conditioning and health checks are carried out by the Officer team. Next, Hengky Poerwodidagdo as Chief Operating Officer of the Karya Salemba Empat Foundation, officially opened the 2015 PGN Innovation Camp.
PGN Innovation Camp 2015 is slightly different from KSE Camp training concepts in general. Apart from emphasizing aspects of discipline and the formation of a leadership spirit, PGN Innovation Camp participants are also expected to have analytical and project management skills in preparing a social program (Social Entrepreneurship Challenge), as well as a scientific project (Technology for Indonesia). In accordance with these expectations, this training is supported by bringing in various trainers and resource persons as well as materials that support the formation of leadership, especially in a more professional direction. Several trainers with various backgrounds were deliberately brought in, including practitioners from PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk., Trainers and motivators from People Develop People (PDP), Practitioners from PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk., Management of the Karya Salemba Empat Foundation, KSE Alumni and assistance from the Officer.
