In addition to listening to the presentation of the material, the participants who attended were given the opportunity to directly ask the speakers in this activity. Through this PPA Scholarship Recipient Face-to-Face and Leadership Training, participants were invited to see the values that can be achieved with the value of leadership that is fostered in the organization. In closing, Teddy Oetomo said, "We have to start from small things before involving many big things". Through this message, we can again feel that the leadership values can emerge ideally only if we start first with ourselves. With ample opportunities and the courage to make decisions, these leadership values will open up many opportunities for ourselves and certainly become an added value.
