At the beginning of 2022, Yayasan Karya Salemba Empat ("KSE"), supported by PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero) ("PPA"), organized a Face-to-Face Meeting for PPA Scholarship Recipients and Leadership Training. The event was held on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 online via Zoom. With high enthusiasm, 89 students from 34 KSE partner universities participated in this activity from 09:30 to 14:00 WIB.

The PPA Scholarship Recipients Face-to-Face and Leadership Training activities are broadly aimed at encouraging and preparing PPA scholarship recipients to become graduates who have integrity, national insight, love for the homeland, country and nation, and have the capacity and competence to become potential leaders in the future. Another purpose of this activity is to build good communication between students and PPA and KSE.

On this occasion, there was also a ceremony for the PPA Scholarship Program which was given by Smitha Anjani as the Head of the Corporate Affairs and TJSL Group of PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset to representatives of PPA scholarship recipients.

Followed by remarks from KSE represented by Ami Tantri as KSE Executive Treasurer and from PPA represented by Smitha Anjani.
This activity was filled by two very inspiring speakers. In the first session of the activity, Muhammad Iqbal as Head of PT PPA's Corporate Communication Group provided material on PPA's Company Profile and an overview of PT PPA's Program. Followed by material about PPA CSR Program by Smitha Anjani.

After noon, the activity was continued by Teddy Oetomo, who is the Donor Relation of KSE, who explained how to improve students' knowledge and soft skills regarding leadership in an organization. In addition to listening to the presentation of the material, the participants who attended were given the opportunity to directly ask the speakers in this activity. With the many questions that arose from the participants, of course this was a sign of enthusiasm and a high learning spirit during the activity.

Through this PPA Scholarship Recipient Face-to-Face and Leadership Training, participants were invited to see the values that can be achieved with the value of leadership that is fostered in the organization. In closing, Teddy Oetomo said, "We have to start from small things before involving many big things". Through this message, we can again feel that the leadership values can emerge ideally only if we start first with ourselves. With ample opportunities and the courage to make decisions, these leadership values will open up many opportunities for ourselves and certainly become an added value.
