This Coaching & FGD Entrepreneur & Community Association was held in Medan, North Sumatra on 13 – 18 September 2023. This activity was attended by 129 students from 3 PTNs (USU, UINSU & UNIMED). The event was opened by Mr Hengky Poerwowidagdo as Chief Operating Officer (COO) Karya Salemba Empat. Some of the materials received by participants during the activity were "Personal Dream", "Entrepreneur Dream", "Product Development", "Business Development Planning", "Hopes for the Community". This Entrepreneur Coaching will be held on Wednesday-Thursday, 13-14 September 2023 at Betahive Co-Working. This coaching and FGD activity was attended by 10 participants who received the Karya Salemba Empat scholarship. In this coaching, the matters discussed are related to the business being run by the participants.
After that, we discuss what obstacles have been faced in running this business, both internal and external. There are some who have obstacles or problems from parents, environment and family. Then, they were asked to make a presentation regarding the progress of the business they were running.
On 15 - 18 September 2023, in this session Mr. Hengky Poerwowidagdo explained the material "KSE Socialization". Which explains the KSE Vision and Mission and the KSE Founders. After that, provide material regarding the "KSE Roadmap". There are 5 KSE Roadmaps, namely: Expectation, Exploration, Experience, Example and Expertise. Several KSE (Main & Additional Program) programs were also explained. Next, participants were given material on "Circular Economy" which discussed the concept of Circular Economy, whether what we do has an impact on society. Comdev's program is related to the Circular Economy, which is related to the "Trash Bank" environment, therefore socialization/education will be carried out at several elementary schools to create waste banks which will later be deposited into the main waste bank (comdev Waste Bank).
