On Thursday, March 7 2024, PT BCA Tbk held a "Ceremony & Seminar" with the theme "Soft Skills For Well-Being & Workplace Success" via the Zoom platform. This event was attended by 120 students from 35 KSE partner PTNs starting at 14.00 WIB until 17.00 WIB, with the aim of helping participants strengthen the soft skills needed to achieve success in the workplace and in everyday life. This activity also aims to encourage and prepare scholarship recipients to become graduates who have integrity, have a national outlook, and have the capacity and competence to become potential leaders in the future.
The atmosphere opened with rousing cheers by the host (MC), which was then accompanied by the playing of the songs Indonesia Raya and Mars KSE, strengthening the spirit of nationality and togetherness among the participants. Afterwards, a warm welcome from PT BCA Tbk, represented by Mr Krisbiakto Cahyo Adi as Vice President CSR PT BCA Tbk, as well as the Karya Salemba Empat Foundation (KSE), represented by Mr Ahmad Solihin, who provided inspiration about the meaning of the hope of scholarships and cooperation contained therein.
The speech was continued with the presentation of PT BCA Tbk's Company Profile by Mr. Krisbiakto Cahyo Adi, who provided in-depth insight into the company's values and future vision, as well as PT BCA Tbk's commitment to making the nation's life smarter through collaboration with the Karya Salemba Empat Foundation. MC also explained the achievements of BCA student donors, from international to campus level, covering various fields of socio-cultural, sports and technological innovation research.
An important moment occurred when the recipient of the PT BCA Tbk scholarship, Puspa Eldiaputri from Sam Ratulangi University, was honored through a symbol of the BCA Scholarship Program for the 2023-2024 Academic Year by Mr. Krisbiakto Cahyo Adi. This precious moment was immortalized in a group photo, as a memento of the symbol of the cooperation achieved.
In the presentation of the material "Financial Planning" delivered by Dian Prawitasari, Assistant Vice President of CSR BCA, participants were invited to gain an in-depth understanding of the importance of effective financial planning in achieving financial success.
