Karya Salemba Empat Foundation (KSE) together with Give2Asia held Borneo Leadership Camp 2019 in Banjarmasin, 1-5 November 2019. This activity was attended by 108 students from Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM), Mulawarman University (UNMUL) and Palangkaraya University (UPR).

On the occasion of the interactive dialogue, "KSE" presented 3 resource persons, namely, Chairman of the KSE Supervisory Board Satriadi Indarmawan, Vice Rector for Legal, Human Resources and Student Affairs of UPR, Suandi Sidauruk and Vice Rector for Student Affairs and Alumni of ULM, M Fauzi. In this interactive dialogue, students got a lot of information about how to manage a good organisation.

Founder of the Karya Salemba Empat foundation Mirza Adityaswara said, in recruiting scholarship recipients, students are trained to bring out the character and competitiveness, for example in terms of entrepreneurship, and leadership of each individual student. "Now that the KSE foundation has been providing scholarships since 1995, many students have succeeded in penetrating universities in big cities," said Mirza.

The purpose of this Borneo Leadership Camp is to create students who can make the best use of time, have competitiveness in the industrial revolution 4.0, can communicate well, have a leader's soul, become the best version of themselves, can think creatively and be able to provide ideas in Focus Grop Discussions.
