The "BORNEO LEADERSHIP CAMP 2023-2024" activity was held on January 26 2024 at the Banjarbaru Health Training Hall. This activity was attended by 121 students from 3 KSE partner state universities, namely Lambung Mangkurat University, Palangka Raya University and Mulawarman University.
This activity began with the material "Publication and media" by Helmi Setiawan, Muhammad Sofwan Ghozy and Wing Sjahendra as staff from the Karya Salemba Empat Foundation. This was followed by Coaching and FGD by Mr. Henky Poerwowidagdo who was enthusiastically welcomed by other student students. At this event we shared about what KSE will be like in the future and what we want KSE to be like in the future. Then we divided into groups consisting of the branding team, event team and COMDEV team with the hope that we can develop KSE in the future. There is a lot of learning that can be gained, including being able to better recognize each other's character and traits, being more familiar and solid in working in teams, and collaborating with other students to develop KSE.
Finishing the material from Mr. Hengky, then material about "Leadership Competency" by Rendi Seftian as KSE IPB Alumni and AVP Business Partner - Human Capital Strategy at PT Bank Negara Indonesia. This event received high enthusiasm and enthusiasm among student students because there was a lot of learning that could be gained from leadership competency, including being able to further develop a student's leadership spirit, building attitudes and traits on how to lead an organization. Camp Borneo closed with a group photo.
