Monday - Sunday, 25 February - 3 March 2019, the Bakti Barito Leadership Camp took place at PT Royal Lestari Utama, Mandelang - Jambi, with training aimed at building the behaviour of participants to become people who are able to adapt to change, behave politely, respect others and have a soul to serve. The training is expected to equip participants to contribute more to the implementation of social welfare and community development. Participants in this event were 15 students from 3 state universities in Indonesia, namely Andalas University, Riau University and Mulawarman University.
This event was held at the site of PT Royal Lestari Utama, Mandelang - Jambi. Students arrived on 24 February 2019 at the Mandelang Office Mess and ended on 2 March 2019. In addition to materials such as Effective Communication Skill, Professional Technique Employer, Presentation Skill, Gap Generation, Preparation for the World of Work. As well as material about Personal Enterprise Plan, material to find out and make guidelines for scholarship recipients in achieving their biggest dreams. In addition, participants also conducted field activities such as Field Trip to rubber plantations, integrated farming, compost making, and rubber seed extension to residents around Avdeling IV.
