Mawaddi Lubby is a professional with over eight years of experience in the technology and on-demand services industry. He currently serves as Bandung City Manager at Grab, where he is responsible for leading city operations development, driver partner empowerment, and the growth of MSMEs based on the digital ecosystem. Mawaddi’s previous roles include strategic positions as West Central Java City Manager and Driver Operations Manager West Indonesia at Grab. In these roles, he focused on acquisition, engagement, and operational optimization of partners. His professional experience includes resolving legal disputes at PT XL Axiata Tbk and serving as a Contract Analyst at Accenture. Mawaddi holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Padjadjaran University.
