Labitta Tsuraya Widagdo is currently working as a junior analyst in the Project Monitoring & Evaluation department at Pertamina New & Renewable Energy. Her primary responsibility is to monitor and evaluate new and renewable energy projects. She holds a degree in Bioprocess Engineering from the University of Indonesia and has experience in health, safety, and environment (HSE) through her role as an intern at PT Kimia Farma Tbk. She specialized in optimizing wastewater treatment installations and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. Labitta’s professional experience includes serving as Deputy Director of Human Resources at IATMI SM UI and working as a Teaching Assistant in Instrumental Analytical Chemistry at the University of Indonesia.
