Firman Hidayat is currently serving as Deputy for Maritime Resource Coordination at the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment. Prior to this role, he held a position at the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas. From 2004 to 2009, he provided support to Dr. Syahrir, who served as the Economic Advisor to the President. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from the Economics program at the University of Indonesia in 2006. Firman continued his master’s studies at the Graduate Program in Economic Development at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, United States.
