How Grants Are Distributed
Our grant-making process is structured into three integrated phases: student selection, digital monitoring, and donor reporting. Each phase is designed to ensure transparency, accountability, and measurable impact throughout the scholarship lifecycle.
Phase 1 - Student Selection
Digital Verification
Applicants are screened through KSE’s official digital platform using a structured eligibility and scoring system
Comprehensive Interview
Multilayered interview rocess performed by KSE Alumni, KSE Staff, KSE Boards, and also Donors
Campus Verification
Final verification by university officials to confirm academic status and recommendations.
Phase 2 - Digital Monitoring
Financial Grant Usage
Scholars submit monthly financial usage reports via KSE’s digital system.
Academic Perfomance (GPA)
Academic transcript are uploaded every semester to monitor academic progress
Academic & Non Academic Achievements
Scholars report achievements anytime as part of holistic archievement.
Phase 3 - Report to Donor
Overall Progress Report
Donors receive comprehensive scholar progress reports twice a year
Event & Program Report
Detailed reports are shared after each major event or program implementation

KSE implements a multi-layered recruitment process that combines system-based digital screening and direct assessment to identify students who are most compatible with the KSE development program.

Features of the Student Information System
As part of its commitment to accountability and data protection, KSE manages all student registration and information processes through a web-based system at beasiswa.or.id. This system serves as a single source of truth that supports orderly, transparent, and documented data management.
Online Registration & Verification
The entire registration and verification process is conducted digitally, in a structured manner, and is well documented.
Donor–Student Matching
Each scholarship recipient receives a list of donors recorded in the system. Students can find out who their donors are for each scholarship period.
Real-Time Updates & Monitoring
Scholarship status information, funding periods, and reporting requirements can be accessed directly by students through the portal.
