Karya Salemba Empat Foundation Coaching activity this time targeted Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University scholarship recipients on October 6 2024. A total of 60 KSE UNTIRTA scholarship recipients attended. This coaching aims to empower and strengthen the UNTIRTA KSE Association, with a focus on increasing innovation among scholarship recipients. The hope is that the participants can develop creativity and collaboration, as well as have a positive impact on strengthening communities and the wider community.
The first stage session began with an introduction from each KSE UNTIRTA scholarship recipient, where they expressed their hopes for strengthening innovation and real community action, which could have a positive impact on society and create harmonization between members. With the spirit of togetherness, it is hoped that the ideas presented will become a strong foundation for creating a more solid and empowered community for KSE UNTIRTA.
Furthermore, the material for this Coaching activity explains what KSE is and explains the history of Karya Salemba Empat by Mr. Hengky Poerwowidagdo as Chief Operating Officer of KSE. The next session was to divide participants into groups based on their hopes for the community. Participants were divided into five groups, namely the Event, Marketing, Culture, Community Development (Comdev) and Technology Innovation groups. The aim of this session is to encourage students to collaborate with each other in exchanging ideas, honing innovative ideas, and creating solutions that can strengthen the role and sustainability of the association. After the discussion session continued with each group explaining the ideas that would be carried out during the 2024-2025 period. The event closed with a photo session with all participants and teams, which took place with great warmth.
