The Scholarship Awardees Associations is a community formed by KSE scholars across partner universities in Indonesia. It serves as a space for recipients to connect, collaborate, and grow together while actively supporting the values and mission of the KSE Foundation.

Vision

To take collective responsibility in educating the nation by nurturing engaged, socially aware, and impactful KSE scholars.

Mision

  1. To uphold and practice the KSE spirit of Networking, Sharing, and Developing in every activity.
  2. To deliver programs and initiatives that create value for both internal members (scholarship recipients) and the wider community.
Program

Learning, Sharing, and Giving Back

Through a wide range of internal and external initiatives, the Scholarship Recipients Association strengthens connections among scholars, the KSE Foundation, and donors—while fostering personal growth and meaningful social impact across communities.

Internal Activity

  • Tentir for younger siblings
  • Assistance for scholarship recipients who have problems with academic performance

External Activity

Carried out independently by the Association:

  • Tutoring, for Elementary – High School
  • Illiteracy eradication
  • Tutoring for street children / school dropouts

 

Conducted in collaboration between associations (UI, UNJ, IPB, ITB and UNPAD) and donors:

  • Fun Science “My Dream Come True”, is a CSR program from PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk, in the form of science teaching activities for thalassemia children.
  • I Love Science is a CSR program from PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk, in the form of math teaching activities for 5th grade elementary school children.
  • Creation of libraries in several schools and secretariat of the association with the support of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk.

  • Mushroom cultivation for scavenger mothers
  • Red Ginger cultivation along with post-harvest processing
  • Socialization and application of appropriate technology resulting from the Technology for Indonesia program

Internal & External Activity

  • Volunteering during disasters (Menado flash floods, Mount Merapi and Sinabung eruptions and local floods)

  • Establishing business units as a means of training to become entrepreneurs as well as one of the resources for association activities
