Wins 3 Awards at INTARG Poland

KAWIDIAN PUTRI BAYU ALAM and Team Win 3 Awards at the 12th International Invention and Innovation Show (INTARG) in Poland

Kawidian and his team presented an innovation called SITECTER (Simple Technology for Composter Makers) as an effort to reduce household waste. This tool is an organic waste decomposer equipped with various microcontroller systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the tool. SITECTER is made using 314 stainless steel and PVC, which can visualise the shape of the tool design that has been created. The device is equipped with several microcontroller devices used to support its performance, including a PMW Motor Speed Controller to regulate the speed of the waste shredder. An Arduino Uno serves as the main control for the device, while a Water Level Sensor is used to detect water levels.

Temperature Sensor to monitor and control the temperature so that bacteria can work optimally. Servo Tower Pro is used to assist the EM4 spraying process in the device, as well as additional nutrients with natural moles to accelerate decomposition and effectively mobilise microorganisms so that the process takes place more quickly.

This innovation won three awards, namely the Gold Medal for Environmental Research Technology, a Special Award from the Macau Innovation and Invention Association, and a Special Award from the World Intellectual Property Invention Association.
