Rayhan Rashad Salusra currently serves as Basel PMO and Credit Capital Analytics Specialist at CIMB Niaga. He has a strong background in risk management, data analytics, and commercial banking. He is an alumnus of CIMB Niaga’s Complete Banker Program, where he developed a wide range of cross-functional experience, including credit risk management, liquidity risk (ALM), card and lending analytics, and business development strategy. Rayhan’s professional background includes a previous role at DBS Bank, where he contributed to the FX & Derivatives Product Support team, specializing in reporting automation and the development of analytical dashboards. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), with a final project on ESG-based sustainable portfolio optimization.
